Growing up, "People First" wasn't just a saying around my house; it was my way of life. This powerful mantra has shaped every chapter of my story, from my wide-eyed days as a fresh MSOD grad stepping into the corporate world to my fulfilling journey as an entrepreneur, business leader, and proud mompreneur.
From day one, my mission was clear: put people at the center of everything.
My path to fighting for all levels of hands-on employees and high-level executives hasn't been easy. Balancing a new business with two little ones was like juggling fire. But I was persistent. I was determined to make a positive impact, to create better working environments for people, and to ensure that employees were valued as they should be.
I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of high-level executives, employees, and teams toward greater collaboration and profitability. And now, I am thrilled to extend my passion to even more fellow dynamic business owners.
Now, I'm channeling that same passion towards supporting women who are not just leading businesses but also nurturing families. These remarkable women juggle boardrooms and playrooms, embodying leadership in every aspect of their lives. I’m on a mission to provide the support and strategies they need to excel both at work and at home. It's about honoring their dual roles and helping them manage the dynamic balance of professional ambition with personal fulfillment.
I believe that each and every story of a mother leading successfully in the corporate world not only inspires but also paves the way for future generations of women leaders. Together, we are crafting a narrative that celebrates the symbiotic growth of professional prowess and personal joy!
